Today I went for my first hypnotherapy session. It'll cost RM3800 for 10 sessions. I told him I need to get over this affair. He said he could help. I hope so. It was not earth shattering but was relaxing. I think I feel asleep half way through. He thinks the polyp may be related to the affair. Hmm. He said it could shrink in 4 sessions. Interesting. I'm still going to get it cauterised.
