I just had a thought. Would you have stayed if I was single but didn't want to or couldn't have a child? Just curious. I'll ask you after Jaipur. Though feminine instinct tells me that if you wanted to leave, the reason actually doesn't matter. It is a good enough reason to want to leave.
Ironically, why I feel so terrible is exactly because Tom left me without even trying to make it work. As did you. You never asked me. You just exited stage left.
